Title: Nike Free Run + gjennomgang: A New Runner perspektiv

Jeg har skrevet noen innlegg her på Rublogger hvor jeg var ganske kritisk til Nike for sin markedsføring av Nike Free Run som en barfot-lignende sko. Jeg fortsatt står ved de punktene som jeg skissert i disse innleggene, men jeg vil være klart at selv om jeg synes det er nesten umulig at alle sko med en hæl heis ordentlig kan simulere kjører barbeint, gjør jeg vise <a href=" http://www.billignikefreerunsko.org/">Nike Free Run</a> + som et ledd i riktig retning for de som ønsker å eksperimentere med en mer minimalistisk stil av sko. Jeg vil sammenligne den Free Run + til en gateway sko – prøv det, og før lenge du kommer til å være sportslige sprø jakt toe sko eller kjører helt barbent. Det er en utforbakke, og en som er vanskelig å ikke gli ned når du er på den (selv er jeg ca 3/4 av veien til bunnen!).
Gitt at jeg sannsynligvis ikke vil bli gjennomgått Dame <a href="http://www.billignikefreerunsko.org/menn-nike-free-run-plus-2-c-30_36">Menn Nike Free Run Plus 2</a> meg selv (jeg godt lager med noen få par av Nike Free 3.0, samt utallige andre par sko), ble jeg glad når en leser lagt en lengre gjennomgang av Nike Free Run Plus Dame + som en kommentar på en av mine innlegg om skoen. Chris Kuykendall er en 34 år gammel løper bare å komme tilbake til det (3-4 måneder), etter en lang pause forbundet med å starte sin familie. Hun dag i snitt ca 8-10 run / gange miles per uke, bare kjørte sin første 5K på den 11 juni, og har flere løp planlagt i løpet av sommeren. Hun jobber med å øke hennes kjører utholdenhet og redusere fots pausene, og hennes langsiktige målet er å bygge opp nok utholdenhet til å løpe maraton. Hun ønsker å eksperimentere med minimalistisk løping, og heller enn meg babler om, jeg foretrekker å la henne fortelle sin historie i hennes egne ord.
