I think blog are more for sites of a different nature. You site if full of information and useful things for site owners. A blog may take away from good things being posted on your forum.

Site owners really do not need a blog as they can just post. But that is just my opinion.

I voted no. For myself I wouldn't necessarily want one. I have been thinking of adding the mod to my site, however.

I did end up adding the mod to mine - and while a lot of people aren't using it - I do...and I've already found it useful for a few other things as well.

I went and had a look. Your site looks great and I bet the blog use will gain popularity in time. I need to have more regular posters on my site before I consider it, I think.
