HELL YEAH lol, if i can afford it i would buy it for sure, if only i could put all that money from my bank account into my paypal account and buy a license lol, but i cant, not until i turn 18

If I have some knowledge of PHP, i would think that vB is a good buy.
Modding something for vB is made much easier by the support provided by the vB guys. You won't find that in a free script.

Absolutely. I've switched over a few forums from phpbb to vbulletin. I own four copies of vbulletin right now and I would not consider anything else on a LAMP server.
