I found you after doing a recent search on the main SMF Forum and am pleased to meet you all !
Although I've had a few forums in my time I currently run only 2, one established with over 1500 members [WYSIFA Forum] and another that has just opened with 16 [Cowcare Forum]. It's early days yet for Cowcare and my experience tells me to remain positive but more importantly, optimistic !
I've found it's not always difficult to get members if you have the right SEO connections but is difficult to keep them.
All forums rely on a small [or if you're really lucky] large network/community and it's a constant task to keep these members onside and posting. It's not only by having a regular supply of fresh questions for people to answer or view that will keep them coming back but also fresh blood to ask those all important questions in the first place !
Well, enough of my drivel, time to have a look around . . .
