When you press the "Request a post exchange" link you can send a personal message to the admin of that forum to request a post exchange.

When requesting a post exchange keep the following in mind:
The other admin only knows as much about your forum as you tell him.
So when you send a pm to the other admin to request a post exchange make sure you give enough information about your forum.
Make sure you send the link to your own forum.

Also make an offer on the amount of posts you want to exchange.
