I created a small post about this a while ago: Where to find moderators
To be honest I don't think you should look for staff right now since your just starting.
And it's also best if you find staff from your own members who you know a bit and can trust a bit more.
After all, if somebody that you don't know replies here, would you give him admin/mod permissions? Personally I wouldn't do that.
There are way to many jerks on the internet

Thanks for the advice, its just a free forum so im not too worried about it, i beleave, what goes around comes around.. So if someone is that much of a retard to destroy something like that, then so be it.. ill get them back, foruming isent what i specialize in if you get what i mean.. lol

pfft.. no biggy, i dont think its going to go anywere anyways.
Im thinking of just deleteing it, an joining someone elses forum, that way ill be able to help more people, so if you have any positions to fill in, get to know me, an let me know.. maybe i could start as a board moderator for now or something.. if not, ill stll stay here an help out my own ways
