My site, Escape-ism is a story host and community for writers.  The SMF forum is bridged with Joomla CMS - and is wrapped into my Joomla layout.

The biggest challenge I've had - was to tweak the SMF default layout to look they way I want - and to keep the css consistent with the main site layout colors, etc.  I currently have 25 mods installed.  (25 mods is a bit much isn't it?)

My main goal is to use the forum as a means of presenting Literary information, tutorials, Challenges and so on  - as well as making it fun and convenient for users to post. (I don't quite know if I have achieved that )

I know there are improvements to be made - I just don't know what they are or how to entice more people to join and actually participate ...   (All critiques and suggestions are appreciated  )

I changed my site .... AGAIN.. yeah I know how crazy that is - but I finally got it properly bridged with efiction.
